1. Scope

This Policy applies to purchases made directly from PinayPromise. The checkout terms presented at purchase form part of this Policy. Purchases through Apple, Google, or another marketplace are also governed by that provider’s rules.

2. Website purchases

Purchase details identify the seller, processor, price, currency, taxes, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method, access through the paid period, and any refund eligibility. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, cancelling stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period.

3. Apple and Google purchases

Purchases billed by Apple or Google must generally be managed and refund-requested through the applicable store, subject to store rules and mandatory law. PinayPromise cannot directly cancel or refund a transaction controlled by an app store.

4. Virtual items

Coins, credits, tokens, gifts, and promotional balances have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where expressly stated or required by law. Suspected unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly.

5. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits cancellation, refund, disability, death, or other consumer rights that apply under controlling law.

6. Billing help

For a duplicate or unauthorized charge associated with the company, do not send full card details by email. Send the date, amount, merchant description, and last four digits only to hello@onebigmediacompany.com or call +1 (888) 892-1117.
