PinayPromise is strictly for people 18 and older. Do not create an account if you are under 18. Minors must not appear in profile or dating content. CSAM, CSAE, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, sextortion involving minors, and links to exploitative material are prohibited everywhere.
Be authentic
- No impersonation, fake accounts, stolen photographs, catfishing, or materially false identity information
- Ordinary editing is acceptable only when it does not deceptively change identity
- Materially deceptive AI-generated identity images are prohibited
- Use content you have the right to share
Respect boundaries
No response does not create permission to keep contacting someone. Do not harass, stalk, threaten, evade a block, or create another account to contact someone who has blocked you.
No scams or money solicitation
Do not request money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, travel or visa fees, medical or emergency funds, loans, investments, banking information, or account credentials. Do not promote MLM, recruiting, fundraising, investment, or crypto schemes.
No commercial sexual services or exploitation
No prostitution, escort services, compensated dating, sexual services, trafficking, coercion, sextortion, non-consensual sexual content, or exploitation.
No hate, threats, or violence
Do not threaten or glorify violence, encourage self-harm, or attack people based on protected characteristics. Disagreement is allowed; degrading abuse is not.
Profile and private content
- Profile images should primarily and recognizably depict the account owner
- No nudity, explicit sexual conduct, gore, advertising overlays, or contact-information overlays
- Private messages and media remain subject to these rules and may be reviewed when lawfully reported or investigated
- Never publish addresses, passport or government-ID numbers, banking details, passwords, or another person’s private information
Reporting and blocking
Use the available in-product reporting or blocking controls, or email hello@onebigmediacompany.com. Include only the information reasonably necessary to identify the concern. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and available evidence, consequences may include a warning, content removal, feature restriction, suspension, permanent termination, evidence preservation, or reports to authorities where legally required. A particular outcome is not guaranteed for every report.
