Account & Data Deletion

1. Request permanent deletion

To request permanent account deletion, use the deletion option available in your account settings or email hello@onebigmediacompany.com from the email address associated with your account. Include “PinayPromise Account Deletion” in the subject. Do not send a password, full payment-card number, government ID, or intimate image by email.

2. Identity verification

We may take proportionate steps to verify that the requester controls the account before deleting personal data. We will not disclose account information to an unverified requester.

3. What deletion means

Permanent deletion is different from deactivation. Deactivation limits access or visibility; deletion removes or de-identifies ordinary account data and user-generated content associated with the account, subject to the limited retention described below.

• Account and profile information
• Profile photos, videos, and biographies
• Dating preferences and discovery information
• Messages and user-generated content, subject to lawful exceptions
• Device tokens and ordinary service identifiers
• Optional marketing preferences

5. Limited information we may retain

We may retain the minimum information reasonably necessary for fraud and banned-user prevention, transaction and accounting records, chargebacks, safety investigations, child-safety reporting, legal claims, preservation requests, legal holds, and compliance with law. Backups may persist for a limited period before deletion or overwriting. Retained information remains protected and is not used for unrelated purposes.

6. Subscriptions and app stores

Deleting an account may not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple, Google, or another provider. Cancel the subscription through the provider’s subscription-management controls. You may request immediate deletion even if a subscription remains active.

7. Processing and confirmation

We process verified requests within the period required by applicable law and will confirm completion or explain any lawful limitation. Some data may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is legally required.
